Warranty
Please note that all VRAIKO products are covered by a 1-year warranty when purchased from our website, or from our official stores on other platforms such as Amazon etc.
Please do not submit a warranty registration form to file a warranty claim. You may use the form only to register your product. A warranty registration submission is not the proper way to file a warranty claim.
To file a warranty claim please send an email to support@vraikocare.com with the subject line 'Warranty Claim' and include the following:
- Your Name
- Your Phone Number
- Item Description
- Summary of Issues
- A copy of your Proof of Purchase (Receipt / Sales Order)
Acceptable Proof of Purchase Submissions include:
- PDF or Word Document of Purchase receipt
- Screenshot / Print-scree of purchase receipt (Mobile or Desktop)
- Any other document or file containing:
- Order Date
- Order ID
- Item Number / Description
Warranty claims will not be honored if products are purchased from unauthorized dealers.
