Please note that all VRAIKO products are covered by a 1-year warranty when purchased from our website, or from our official stores on other platforms such as Amazon etc.

Please do not submit a warranty registration form to file a warranty claim. You may use the form only to register your product. A warranty registration submission is not the proper way to file a warranty claim.

To file a warranty claim please send an email to support@vraikocare.com with the subject line 'Warranty Claim' and include the following:
  1. Your Name
  2. Your Phone Number
  3. Item Description
  4. Summary of Issues
  5. A copy of your Proof of Purchase (Receipt / Sales Order)
Acceptable Proof of Purchase Submissions include:
  1. PDF or Word Document of Purchase receipt
  2. Screenshot / Print-scree of purchase receipt (Mobile or Desktop)
  3. Any other document or file containing:
    1. Order Date
    2. Order ID
    3. Item Number / Description
Warranty claims will not be honored if products are purchased from unauthorized dealers.
